| Ordered a code book on 2/12/2013 and have not received it as of this date. Tried calling the number on the website and to my surprise it is not a working number. Mr. Tolbert either needs to refund the money or send out the item that was purchased since the website states 1-3 business days. If not criminal charges will be filed for theft of service and deceptive trade practices. |

I just passed my Journeyman test! I wanted to say thanks for the help and hope you guys keep doing what you do. I know I couldn't have passed without the class. Thanks Mitchell, you are a good teacher. Everything you teach is as simple and direct as it can be. I feel like if I could do it anybody could. I didn't have any training, no school. I bought a Mike Holt book that gave me the basics. I failed the exam the first time and realized I needed more instruction. Your class gave me everything I needed to pass. I hope you guys feel good about what you do, you should.
The coolest part of taking the exam was knowing I was going to pass before I finished. Your suggestion of reading through all the questions really calmed me down because I didn't see very many that I didn't think I could answer. Not like the first time when I got stuck on 40 something questions and struggled to answer any more.
I will always recommend you guys. Thanks for helping me.
Thanks again! |

Hey Mitchell, this is Rick James from your class on the 11th & 12th of February, I took the test on 2-18-12 and passed first time. That Code book being tabbed and highlighted really works. I went through all the questions first like you said to answer the ones I was sure of, then went back to marked questions and looked up ones that did not have calculations, then went back and did calulation questions. When I was finished I had 31 minutes left over and started to double check my answers, but by that time I was dying for a cigarette and punched the end button and my stomach was turning because I really thought "I'm messing up doing this with time left" and to my surprise it came up passed with 81%, I almost fell out of the chair and I let out a "WOW" so loud that I scared the Proctor. Anyway, I thought you might want to know.
Thanks,
Rick James |

| If your license is somewhat current, you should be able to use it, in conjunction with the ojt documentation by applicant form. You will still have to test however. |
