CEU, Seminar & Book Policies|

  • |Refunds.
    |CEU| |SEMINAR| For all courses, we will issue a full refund if the registered student provides a written request prior to the start of course. Email is preferred. Request sent through regular mail must be post marked prior to the start of course.  Cancellations received seven days prior to the initial scheduled seminar date will receive a full refund. Refunds will not be applied to cancellations received after this date or cancellations made on transferred registrations.  |SEMINAR| For Multi-day courses, if the student attends the first class, but does not attend the second class,  no refunds will be issued after the start of the second class. We will reschedule the student to the next available course if student misses more than one class.
  • |Warranty.
    |CEU| |SEMINAR| For all seminars, our warranty is good for 6 months unless score reports show progress or attempts of progress on the state license exam.

    Exams must be taken within 90 days of seminars-Warranty will void if longer than 90 days. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

    All Return Students: If reserving a seat but does not attend, the warranty voids unless 7 days notice is sent in writing by email. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

    Warranty Voids When: Student is not fully attentive, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, leaves before 5 pm, exam is taken after 90 days of seminar, if student does not return to reserved refresher seminar.

  • |Inclement Weather.
    |CEU| |SEMINAR| For Continuing Education courses, we will reschedule all students for the next available course in the event of inclement weather.  In the event of inclement weather, we will attempt to contact student through email or at phone number provided during registration.  We will issue a full refund if the student provides written request prior to that start of the rescheduled course.
  • |Instructor "No Shows".
    |CEU| |SEMINAR| For Continuing Education courses, we will reschedule all students for the next available course in the event of instructor no-show.  In the event the instructor is unable to attend and a replacement instructor is not available, we will attempt to contact student through email or at phone number provided during registration prior to start of class.   We will issue a full refund if the student provides written request prior to that start of the rescheduled course.
  • |Insufficient Enrollment.
    |CEU| |SEMINAR| For Continuing Education courses, we will reschedule all students for the next available course in the event of insufficient enrollment.  In the event of insufficient enrollment, we will attempt to contact student through email or at phone number provided during registration 24 hours prior to start of class.   We will issue a full refund if the student provides written request prior to that start of the rescheduled course.
  • |Program Hour and Check In.

    |CEU| Check-in begins 30 minutes prior to seminar start time.  Please provide a valid Driver's License or State Photo ID. You will be asked to sign your name in the roster.                                        |SEMINAR| Check-in begins 30 minutes prior to seminar start time. Please allow time for check-in as programs will begin promptly at scheduled time.  For all full-day programs, a one-hour lunch break is scheduled for noon. Please plan to make your own lunch arrangements.

  • |Confirmation of Registration.
    |CEU| |SEMINAR| Spaces are reserved for all registration forms (electronic or physical) received with payment or a deposit. You should receive confirmation of your registration by e-mail within one to two business days after you register. If you have not received your confirmation within two days of the seminar date, call Electrician Testing to confirm your reservation.
  • |Transfer/Cancellations.

    |CEU| |SEMINAR| Seminar transfer requests received by noon one business day prior to the initial scheduled seminar date will be processed at no charge. Seminar transfer requests received after this time will be charged a fee equal to 75% of the original seminar registration. Cancellations received seven days prior to the initial scheduled seminar date will receive a full refund. Refunds will not be applied to cancellations received after this date or cancellations made on transferred registrations. Seminar transfer and cancellation policies are subject to change without notice.

  • |On-site Training.

    |CEU| |SEMINAR| We'll bring our seminars to your organization, and customize them to suit your needs. Learn more about On-Site Training or call 1-888-473-1826 to speak with a representative. Recommended minimum: 8 students within 30 miles radius. 10 students outside of 30 miles radius.

  • |Facility Parking.                                                                                                            
    Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. We suggest you arrive sufficiently early to assure space availability. Contact the seminar site for information on parking location and rates.
  • |Materials.

    |SEMINAR| All optional training materials will be available for sale at the seminar.  Handouts and  practice workbooks will be provided.

  • |Tape Recording.

    |CEU| |SEMINAR| Tape recording of the seminar will not be permitted.

  • |Tax Deduction.

    |CEU| |SEMINAR| |BOOKS| All expenses (registration, travel, meals and lodging) of education undertaken to maintain or improve your professional skills are tax deductible (Treasury Regulation 1.162-5). State deductions are subject to limitations of the tax code. See your tax preparer for advice.

  • |Book Return/Exchange/Refunds
    Books that have been shipped and have left our office, will not qualify for a return or a refund.  If you ordered an incorrect version, you may exchange your book for the correct version unless your book is * Returned more than 10 days after delivery
        * Obviously used
        * Not in its original condition, damaged, marked, or missing parts
    You can choose to cancel your order if your book has not shipped yet and you will receive a full refund.  Please allow 5 to 7 business days for a confirmation of a refund.
  • |E-Store Policies.
    We normally ship within 2 days from the time your order is processed. Orders will typically be processed the next business day after the order is placed and then shipped the following business day. If an item is out of stock, we will e-mail you with the expected date the item will be back in stock. We do not sell your name or e-mail address to any other vendors. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping charges shown are for U.S. destinations only.

    Shipping Policies
    On checkout, you will need to select a shipping option.
    Shipping options are:
    UPS Ground Standard Delivery: 1-7 business days

    Standard Delivery:
    Shipping Time does not include 48 Hour Processing Time.
    This means that for orders shipping Standard Delivery you can expect 1-2 business days to process and 1-7 business days to ship. Please note that weekends and holidays are not business days.
